RULES - EVENTS


Spectator Drags

Event consists of a "Street Legal" car or truck. All entries must display valid inspection sticker. Race will start with both cars on the start/finish line. Starter will assign inside-outside positions. When starter waves the green flag, cars will race for one lap. Loser of the race will exit into the pit area and winner will return to infield area. Races will run in rotation until one final pair remains. Coin toss will determine inside-outside position for finals only. Finals will be a two-out-of-three format with the previous loser getting the inside position. 

Smokey Donut Show

Open to any type of car or truck. Driver must wear helmet and seat belt. Participants will begin from the start/finish line and turn as many Smokey Donuts within an allotted time. Participants who do not meet the expectations of the crowd will be booed off the track. Drivers will be ranked by way of crowd reaction following their run. If the event is too close to call, a final Burn Off may be instituted. 

Compact Enduro Obstacle Course

Event is open to any four-cylinder engine car. Must use stock springs. No cutting or heating permitted. Must use stock tires and wheels for make and model. No suspension modifications permitted. Roll cage restricted to simple four-point cage. No front or rear bracing permitted. Each car must provide a scorer or the car will not be allowed to start the event. Cars will race a total of 25 laps on the full oval.

Full Size Enduro Obstacle Course

Event is open to any full or intermediate size passenger car or station wagon with a minimum wheelbase of 100 inches. Must use stock springs. No cutting or heating permitted. Must have stock tires and wheels for make and model. No mixing of tire size numbers. No suspension modifications permitted. Roll cage restricted to simple four-point cage. No front or rear bracing permitted. Each car must provide a scorer or the car will not be allowed to start the event. Cars will race a total of 25 laps on the full oval.

Flag Pole Race

Open to full size and compact cars. Cars must be Enduro legal. Each car must complete a turn around the flagpole on the front stretch and back stretch on each lap. Failure to do a complete circle around each flag pole will result in disqualification. Cars will race a total of 20 laps on the full oval.

Tag Team Race

Open to full size and compact cars. Cars must be Enduro legal. First car must complete five laps before entering pit road and “tagging” their partner.  That partner will do five complete laps before entering pit road and “tagging” the first partner.  This will continue until twenty laps have been completed.  Failure to appropriately tag will result in a disqualification. Cars will race a total of 20 laps on the full oval.

Chain Race

Open to full size and compact cars. Cars must be Enduro legal. Chain must allow for 8 feet of separation between rear bumper of front car and front bumper of the rear car (a 10-12 foot chain is recommended).  The rear car must have the battery disconnected and cannot be running at any time during the race. Cars will race a total of 10 laps on the full oval. 

Jack & Jill Race

Open to full size and compact cars. Cars must be Enduro legal. “Jack” (male) driver will start the race and must complete five laps before entering pit road where they must come to a complete stop and switch with the “Jill” (female) driver.  That partner will do five complete laps before entering pit road and switching with the first driver.  This will continue until twenty laps have been completed.  Failure to exit and enter the car from the same window will result in a disqualification. Cars will race a total of 20 laps on the full oval.

Backwards Drag Race

Open to full size and compact cars. Cars must be Enduro legal. Race will start with both cars in the middle of the backstretch. When starter waves the green flag, cars will race backwards through turns 3 and 4 and finish at the start/finish line. Once the green flag is waved, no forward gear can be used at any time until the completion of the drag race. If a car is put in a forward gear, the driver will be disqualified. Loser of the race will exit into the pit area and winner will return to infield area. Races will run in rotation until one final pair remains. Finals will be a two-out-of-three format. 

Camper Race

1. Only Campers may be used, 26 feet max length.
2. No boats or horse trailers permitted.
3. Must be stripped/gutted. Remove windows,
Refrigerator, stove, furnace, metal holding tanks and or
Any other large heavy objects for the safety of the
Drivers.
4. Hitch must be ball type only. 2 chains no longer than 5
Feet in length each may be used in conjunction with
Hitch.

Regulations:
The object is to destroy the other competitor’s camper. Once a significant portion of a camper has been destroyed it will be black flagged and removed from competition.
The race is over when there is only one car running with a significant portion of camper left or, is deemed to be over by the officials due to lack of, or inability of the cars to remove each other’s campers. A winner will then be determined.

Boat Trailer Race

1. Boat must be on trailer with 26 foot max length.
2. Boat may not be tied down to trailer
4. Hitch must be ball type only. 2 chains no longer than 5
Feet in length each may be used in conjunction with
Hitch.

Regulations:
The object is to knock the other competitor’s boats off of the trailer. Once a significant portion of a boat has been removed from the trailer it will be black flagged and removed from competition. The race is over when there is only one car running with a significant portion of boat left on trailer, or is deemed to be over by the officials due to lack of, or inability of the cars to remove each other’s boats from the trailers. A winner will then be determined.


Mayhem Rules - Full Size

1: Full size with a minimum 100” wheelbase. Sedan or station wagon, front or rear wheel drive. No pick-ups, convertibles or all wheel drives allowed. No leaf spring Camaros or Mustangs allowed. Coil or strut suspension only. Car numbers must measure a minimum of 3 feet tall. No 3 digit numbers allowed.

2: Cars must be completely stock. All body panels must remain as manufactured. No T-tops allowed. Sunroof must removed and covered with minimum 22-gauge steel on both top and bottom.

3: Front and rear bumpers must be chained to prevent dragging if mount breaks. Cable may be used.

4: No anti-freeze allowed. Water is the only allowed engine coolant. It will be checked.

5: Suspension – No modifications allowed. All parts must be stock for make and model. No spacers. No cutting, heating or bending of any suspension allowed. Camber limited to stock adjustments not to exceed 1 inch.

6: Tires – Must be stock passenger tires only. 65, 70, or 75 series only. No bias ply tires or retread tires are allowed. No directional tires allowed. All tires must have a readable tread wear of 360 or numerically higher. All four tires must be the same size. Example: 205/75/14

7: Wheels – Must be OEM stock wheels. No aftermarket wheels allowed. One-inch lug nuts are mandatory on right front. 

8: Engine – Must be stock for make and model. Stock carb throttle body or fuel injection only. Stock fuel pump only. No after-market fuel systems allowed. Battery must remained in stock location and be secured and covered. 

9: Transmission and Driveline – Must be stocked for make and model. No lock or posi-trac differentials. 

10: Gas tank must be original stock position or secured in center of trunk. Fuel cell or boat tank secured in trunk strongly recommended.

11: Exhaust must extend to rear-seat area and secured to ground. No exhaust may exit outside of the car. 

12: Driver protection bars are optional but recommend. Roll bars or cage must be professionally welded but not bisect or dissect any firewall.

13: All doors must be welded or chained shut. Hood and trunk latches must be removed. Pull-pin hood pins must be used. A ten-inch must be cut in center of hood.

14: All glass lights in trim chrome and plastic must be removed. Full-front windshield mandatory. (Lexan is allowed) No badly cracked windshield allowed. 

15: Driver seat with seatbelt in shoulder strap required. Three-point harness recommend. All carpet and upholstery must be removed.

16: Safety Equipment – Helmet with a minimum Snell 90 rating. Long pants and sleeves required. Driving suit and driving gloves recommended. Must have window net mounted at bottom with quick release on top. 


Mayhem Rules - Compact

1: Max-wheel base 104.5. 4-Cylinder engines only. No rear engine, no mid-engine, or rotary engines allowed. Sedans and wagons only. No pick-ups, convertibles, or mini-vans allowed. No t-tops allowed. Sunroof must be removed and covered with minimum 22-guage steel on top and bottom of opening. Car numbers must measure a minimum of 3 feet tall. No 3 digit numbers allowed.

2: Cars must be completely stock. Removal of upholstery allowed. All body panels must remain as manufactured. 

3: Front and rear bumpers must be chained to prevent dragging. If mount breaks, cable may be used.
